Baby is Here!

Ok so I have been so bad about updating this! I did have the baby. We had her on July 9th at 4:20 pm. She weighed 6 lbs 6 oz. and was 19 1/2 inches long. We named her Kaiya Ryan Watts. She is absolutely adorable!Here is the brief story of how it happened. I was scheduled to be induced that day already and was on call for them to tell me when to come in. They told me I could be called anywhere from 12 midnight thursday night till 12 midnight friday depending on how busy they were. So we got ready for bed to wait for the call and I laid in bed around eleven thirty thursday night. Well at 12:30 I got the call to come on in! So we went in and I already lost that night of sleep:) So we went in and they gave me Potossin to start my contractions and get me dilating. Well that process took me all day! I was only at a 3 or so when I went in. So it was a long day. She was in the wrong position when it came time to push her out. She was sideways and her head was getting stuck in my pelvis. So the poor thing was getting stuck when I started pushing her. I pushed probably 5 or so times, but the doctor was really yanking her out cause of the way she was in there. So poor thing came out all bruised. Her side of her face had a big bruise, her arms, legs, and back was too. She also had jaundice really bad too. We came home from the hospital the next day, but got a call a day later on Monday night to come back into the hospital and ended up staying 2 days cause her jaundice was so bad that they wanted her under constant light. That was not fun! I hate those things. But we did go home after that and have been good since. She lost some weight through all that and came home weighing 5 lbs 12 oz. So she was tiny! I can't believe how small she is.. My babies have all been good size. My first was 8 lbs 10 oz and Layla was 7 lbs 9 oz. So to have a 6 lb baby was a new experience for me. But I love how small she is! Anyway were doing good and she will be one month old on Friday already! Here are a few pictures of that whole experience!!!

It's a girl

So it is official. We were pretty sure that it was one, but not 100%. Well we went and did another ultrasound yesterday and its for sure a girl!! We're so excited. I can't wait to see her. Already have her name and I'm getting her a crib set this weekend. Its coming to hit me there is going to be another child in this house, and its still a little scary. We have some great children, so I think the transition will be pretty easy. My kids are so great with helping out, that I think they will be happy to do it. Pregnancy Update

So I'm 5 1/2 months now and already can't wait to be done. I know I'm the most impatient person in the world, so its hard to think I still have awhile. So we did find out what it is, but I can tell you that I am not 100% convinced.. so this is what happens. I go to get a 3d ultrasound at around my 15th week and the day I go to get it, the lady's machine had broken. So of course I was really bummed and didn't get to find out and had to wait until my next dr appt. So I wait till I'm 20 weeks and finally go to my doctor. Well you know how doctors are, they are mostly looking to make sure the heart is okay, brain developed, and everything looks ok. So when we get to the finding out part, he looks for about a minute then says, " well I can't tell for sure, but I don't know about 70% sure that its a boy." ok so that is not okay with me. I can't go off of that amount of percentage. So I was dying to know for sure, so I call the 3d lady cause she had called me that day and told me her machine was finally fixed. I call her and she can get me in right then. We go and look for a half hour and guess what, the baby's legs were crossed the whole time and she couldn't tell. So I'm getting pretty frustrated and she says to go eat and drink some caffeine and then the baby will wake up a bit and move around. So I leave and go eat and come back to her and we look for a while and she comes to the conclusion that she is pretty sure that its a girl! So what am I to think. She said that she has never gotten it wrong yet, and she is pretty definite its a girl. So thats where we left it. I think its a girl and have always felt that way about this one. I also had a dream before I was pregnant and it was a girl and I named her and everything in my dream, so I think that it is one. Its happened that way with every one of my pregnancy's. So we are leaving it on it's a girl everyone!! We are really excited and can't wait to have her here. I will be having another ultrasound in about 6 weeks or so, so I will for sure confirm with my doctor that its not a boy.
Other than that, we have been going to Salt Lake a ton these past few weekends in a row for a few different reasons and have been pretty busy. The kids are doing great. They are both getting so big and have so much personality! I think thats all for now, so I will keep updating and maybe take a picture of my fat self. Till next time....

Baby #3

Ok now that I have officially told everyone in the family up north now, I can announce it on blogs and stuff.. We are pregnant with our third child! I am a little over 11 weeks, so almost 3 months and showing a lot... not just a little but a lot. Its quite common for everyone to comment that I look like I'm having twins, but I don't know yet. So I hear the heartbeat next week and will be getting ultra-sound around 20 weeks. I may get one sooner and do a 3-d one so I can find out the sex! but no one tell scott, cause he doesn't want to find out till we have it. so we'll see how long that lasts! But I just thought I would officially annouce.. we're excited and Isaiah and Layla are excited! I will have some pictures from the holiday and I'll put some up and you can see how much I am showing already! Well hope everyone had a good holiday!!!

It's been too long....

Wow... I haven't posted anything on here for a very long time... we've been so busy lately, so I'll have to play catch up... So we moved in and love the new place. The kids still bring it up how much they love this house. .. its really cute. But we've settled in and just yesterday Scott unloaded the very last box, so yay we're officially moved in (2 months later) ha ha... But the kids are getting bigger and bigger everyday. Isaiah is in Preschool for another year so that he could be the oldest in his class for Kindergarten. He also is taking Scott's Hip Hop class which is really cute. He loves it and does really well.. Layla is a sweet little thing. We're really lucky cause both our kids are just so loving. Layla is taking a combo class at the studio which is really cute. She follows her teacher pretty well and she gets to dance with her cousin Presli so she loves it.
So for Halloween, our studio was able to do the Pre-Show for Thriller out a Tuacahn every night and that was a lot of fun. Tiring, but fun. And a great way to show people what our studio does and what we have to offer. So that kept us really busy that week and we're happy to be done.
Scott is busy running the studio and loving it... Its growing more and more everyday and his students love him! He's great at what he does and I like being able to dance for free:) We also recently had a workshop that our studio put on with Gev from So You Think You Can Dance and it was awesome! We had a great turn out and I loved meeting someone that was kind of famous... I was a little start struck not gonna lie. Then we got to go out to lunch with him and Darryl Yaeger, the director and choreographer for Odyssey Dance Theater and Thriller. It was amazing!
I am still working at Biolife and am there everyday basically.. It keeps me busy and I've worked there for over a year and a half. That went by pretty quick. I hate my job most days, but there are a few that I am glad cause I got to learn how to be a Phlebotomist.

So next week we are going to be moving into a new house and we are so excited! It's in a really nice neighborhood less than five minutes away from where we are now. We'll be getting the keys on Monday and can slowly start taking stuff over there and will be able to officially move in on Saturday the 15th. It's in a neighborhood called Stonegate right off Sunset Blvd in the Seven Hills division. It's a little bigger than what were in right now which is great. So we're able to have the kids have their own rooms, and we have a big master bath room with a big tub, which I'm psyched about and a huge walk-in closet! So its definitely a step-up and we can't wait. So here are a few pictures of the house... If anyone wants to come help us move next week, we can always use the extra hands!!

So since my birthday was over the 4th of July weekend, all my friends were out of town. So my good, wonderful friend Jocelyn called me the Wednesday after and wanted to take me out to dinner with some of our friends! So Scott offered to watch the kids for me while we went out to Samurai 21... My favorite restaurant! It was so much fun. I love my friends! They are the best. So for the actual weekend of my birthday, my husband surprised me with a fun camping trip with our friends from SL. Their family owned some property in Salina and invited us up there to hang with them for the weekend. So we went up there on Friday morning and stayed till Sunday. It was so much fun. We went four-wheeling, fishing, played a lot of games, and hung around the campfire. It was the perfect birthday present!! We love this group of people and enjoy spending time with them so much. My Birthday Brownies!

A few weekends before the trip for my birthday, Scott and I took the kids camping up in Pine Valley for the night. We went fishing and hung by the fire and just watched the kids get dirty and run around. It was a fun time with just us as a family. I actually ended up catching three fish and that was Scott's and Isaiah's dinner for the night! Layla and I aren't fish eaters so we settled for hot dogs:) But it was a lot of fun and here are some pictures from that weekend.

Weekend Up North

This weekend we had to go up north for a few different reasons... first my annual doctor appointment with my heart specialist up there and great news, I am good to go!! I no longer have to go up there for appointments, unless there's a problem. But they said everything looks great and its all healed and closed up. I just can't believe its already almost been a year since that happened. I just feel really lucky that it didn't get worse and we were able to fix it. And I have to say that I'm really happy I did get that tattoo that will remind me the rest of my life about that and makes me appreciate things a little more each day! Then later that evening we went to dinner with Scott's sister Wendy and his cousin Judd... We went to a nice restaurant and talked for hours. That was a lot of fun. Then we had my sister Carolyn's wedding up there to go to on Friday. It was really beautiful and the day went so smoothly. I thought it was a great wedding and we all had a blast together. I'm really happy for my sister and our new addition Jason! love you both!

Then the next day on Saturday we had Scott's brother-in-laws 40th birthday party and his other sisters kid's dance recital. So we had a good time watching her cute kids perform and then went to the party! It was a lot of fun and I love hanging out with Scott's family. They are so much fun and I feel like one of them when I'm with them. Then Sunday we all hung out at Scott's parents house and celebrated his niece's birthday. Everyone came over and we had dinner and cake. Then we had to drive back home. I hate that drive so much but the trip is always worth it! Anyways overall it was a really fun weekend! Isaiah's Preschool Graduation

Our little boy Isaiah just graduated from Preschool a couple weeks ago... I really can't believe that he is this big already. He will be turning five on Sunday and it makes me feel so old! It was a really cute graduation and he did such a good job... He sang and pulled on his shirt a lot and kept giving me the thumbs up, cause he knew he was doing a good job. I was really proud of him. He has learned a lot this past year. Sadly Scott wasn't able to be there because of work. But whats good is he is going to Preschool one more year, so we can watch him graduate again! I can't believe how much he has learned and how smart he is. We are so lucky to have such a handsome, smart little boy. Isaiah, we love you!!!!!

Night Before Surgery

So here I am at home getting things ready for tomorrow. I had to run to the store at 10' o clock at night cause I forgot about the antibacterial body soap I have to use to shower with tomorrow. Yeah lots of fun stuff.... no lotion, makeup, deodorant, jewelry, contacts, etc. So exciting. My nerves are starting to get to me a little bit too.... So I got onto Google and looked up the surgery and watched a few movies, and gross!!! That is a nasty procedure and it freaked me out a little more than I wanted to be. So anyone out there that has had this procedure done and can calm my nerves would be greatly appreciated... I also don't go in until 12 pm tomorrow, so that means starting midnight tonight I can't eat or drink anything. So in the morning when I wake up I have to wait and can't have anything. I will be pigging out tonight up until midnight. I hate it. I'm trying to stay up as late as possible so I can sleep in and not have to be up too long to be hungry. Okay, so done venting and wish me luck. I will be at home for a week recovering, so I'll be here blogging some stuff and maybe if the pictures aren't horrible I will put some up. Goodnight!!!

Surgery Next Week

Wow... so I swear I have way too many medical crap in my life already, if you haven't noticed... But this surgery is a good thing. So I found out a few weeks ago that I have a deviated septum and I will be fixing it next Thursday! I'm excited... I usually sleep with my mouth open and snore and slobber because of it and can't wait to get it fixed. I'm trying to see if they can shave some on the outside or fix it at all while their there.. I'm trying to convince my doctor to accidentally drop the knife on the outside, cause I wouldn't mind!! Anyways I'll be out of work for a week, so if any of you are around come visit:) But we have our dance recital for the studio this saturday also. It will be at Tuacahn, so anyone interested in coming, let me know. It's going to be a good show. I will put some pictures of it on here for sure. We are also having a garage sale on Friday and Saturday, so if anyone has anything they want to just DI or get rid of, let me know.

Easter

This year for Easter we spent it with my family and friends :) My dad sang in church that morning, so we went with them to that, then after we went to my parents house and played all day. We had a delicious dinner and then had a little Easter Egg Hunt for the kids. We all had fun and then it turned into all of us taking pictures. My body's shutting down at 24! What's going on!

What is going on with my body? Seriously. I can't believe all the crap that has happened within my 24 years of life already... Well your probably thinking, seriously Cindy your over reacting.... and maybe I am a little, and there are worse things out there, but everyone is allowed to overreact once in awhile and today is my day to do it! So I was at work on Thursday and I started getting pain in my heart, like someone was standing on my chest. Now, with having surgery on it last year I was alittle worried about and this type of pain tends to freak me out! So I all of a sudden start to feel light headed and dizzy like I'm going to pass out and then go down to the floor and I guess I end up passing out. Then the nurses at work take me to the ER to get me checked out. Well while waiting for the doctors, they take X-Rays, blood work and an EKG and everything looks fine. So during this I can't seem to get my breath no matter how much I breathe and I'm scared, so I start breathing so hard I start passing out again. So I did that a couple times and then the doctors say there's nothing wrong and call it an Anxiety attack and send me home on some STRONG muscle relaxers or something. So anyways... yeah my life is a little stressful at times, but not that stressful... and it just lately dawned on me how much surgeries, hospital visits and things I have gone through that are kind of a big deal, or at least I think so. I won't break down into every procedure and surgery I've had, but I am grateful that it isn't worse than it is, yet.... ha ha knock on wood. But really I know people have so much more serious things in life that they have to go through, and maybe this is just a little piece of mine. But I just needed to vent a little and how going through this kind of stuff makes me feel so much older than I am. I already don't like getting old and am dreading the 25th birthday this year. Thank goodness I have been blessed to have two beautiful children already that are perfectly healthy and I'm so lucky. I'm done venting now.... thanks for listening if you read this whole thing:)

Salt Lake Trip

Okay. So I know I haven't been on here for awhile.. I've been slacking. Work keeps me so busy and then I get home and then the kids keep me busy. But I am going to try to do it more often. So this last weekend was one of our really good friends wedding in Salt Lake. So we went up and got to see some of Scott's family and then hung with our friends. Along with Layla's birthday last week, it was my Dad's Birthday. Now I won't disclose his age just for him, but I just wanted to say that I am so blessed to have such a wonderful father.... He has given me everything I needed and more... all my siblings will say a lot more, but I think just enough:) But Dad, I love you so much and appreciate all you do for me and my family. So my little girl just turned 2 years old last week... wow its crazy how time flies. We celebrated it on Thursday at my parents house with our friends and family. We kept it simple to cake and ice cream and opening presents. But it was a lot of fun and it was cute to see how excited Layla got with each present. So thanks to everyone that came! Happy New Year Everyone

Hope everyone had a Happy New Year!! We had fun. We invited a few friends over to our house, which turned out to be like twenty but it was still a lot of fun. But I have decided this year that I really desperately want to get into shape and lose some weight... like most people do for their new years resolutions. But this time, I'm going to do it!! I've written it down here as a witness so anyone can give me crap if I don't stick with it.. So here are a few things I am going to do differently...

1. Stop drinking caffeine... that means no more Dr.Pepper.. thats the hardest one!

2. No eating after 8pm

3. Start eating breakfast... something small at least

4. Start working out at the gym at least 3 times a week if not more

5. Eat more meals a day, but less each meal. Snack lightly on healthy things.

6. I have a personal trainer, my friend that will kick my butt into gear at the gym, so I shouldn't have anything else I will need to do.

So anyone seeing me not do these things, get after me!! I want this very bad and I am going to do it. My goal is to lose about 10-15 pounds. My target weight is 120-125 at the most... Wish me good luck!

Winter & Christmas Fun

So a friend of ours that lives up in Diamond Valley invited us up there for the day to play in the snow. It was so much fun. We got to throw some snowballs, go sledding and tubing and just enjoy the snow. It was a fun day!

Christmas
We had such a good Christmas this year! It was so fun with the kids being older to understand about Santa Claus and being able to put cookies out for him and stuff.. They were so excited about their presents and him coming, we had a blast. So my sister in law thought it would be fun to do a family Christmas party since they wouldn't be around for Christmas eve. So we all got together on Monday night before Christmas and had dinner, games, gift exchange, and just a lot of fun.
Then on Christmas Eve, we all went to my parents house and had dinner, played cards & pool, and had a little Christmas program. Dallyn, my niece and Corbin my nephew sang a song, then I read a little story and my dad finished it off with the classic Christmas story we read every year. Let me also say that when we all discussed this evening, we all said we would come wearing our christmas pj's. Which with Scott and I is a tradition anyways. So we both wore our matching pj's and Layla and Isaiah matched their pj's. We showed up and no one else had worn their pj's! We felt like idiots. But at least we matched and looked very Christmasy!! Not sure if thats a word, if not I just made it up. We then came home and put out the milk and cookies for santa and put the kids to bed.
We had Santa come visit and the next morning, Scott and I woke up the kids at 8 am since we had breakfast to go to at 10 am at my sisters house. So we got them up and they were exhausted until they saw what Santa had brought them and just had a blast opening all their presents! They loved all their gifts and we were so excited to see how they reacted.

We then went to breakfast at my sisters house and she made us some yummy monte cristo's. First time having them, so not sure whats all in them. We then went back home for a bit and played with all our new toys. Then we went to my mom's house to open presents there and then had all the family come over and had a delicious turkey dinner! It was so good!! My favorite! We then relaxed, played games, and hung out as a family. Overall it was a great holiday! We are so thankful for our family and friends and all they do for us. Hope everyone had a great Christmas like we did!!!
I also forgot to tell about the new addition to our family....

Yes.. its what you think it is... a chicken.. About four days ago this little guy showed up in our backyard and hasn't left. Of course we felt bad about it so we started feeding him and provided him with a little shelter in the backyard. Not quite the pet I was hoping for, but its the easiest to take care of. He likes to sleep on the barbecue at night and roam around in the backyard during the day. Funny huh? Haven't quite figured out a name for him yet...

Thanksgiving

I'm sorry its been awhile since I put anything on here.. its been a busy holiday season already. Well we were able to make it up to Sandy with Scott's family for Thanksgiving. So we went up Wednesday before Thanksgiving and stayed till Sunday. I love being up there and we had a lot of fun. We had Thanksgiving dinner at his sisters house Tammy with all of our family! There was a lot of people there but it was a lot of fun. Then we all went to see a movie. Can't remember the name, but it was the Disney dog one that was in 3D and the kids all loved it! Then the next night we went over to our friends house for awhile and hung out with them. So overall it was a great thanksgiving! We got to decorate our house this last weekend and it just makes it feel like christmas so much more!! It's my favorite holiday and I'm really excited to spend it here this year with my family. We are also having a christmas party this year too, which will be so fun! We are taking our family picture today, so I will post one of those up after we take it, but here are some pictures of our thanksgiving, and some family ones we were practicing with. Halloween

So this year for Halloween we had Scott's parents down to celebrate with us. So I was at work until six thirty or so, so Scott took the kids out with his parents and started trick or treating out in Santa Clara. They looked so dang cute. Isaiah was a pit crew member for the Car's Movie and Layla was an angel. Scott's parents costumes were really cute too.. So here are a few pictures of that evening. We also stopped by my Aunt Fany's house and saw the rest of our family in their costumes... It was fun. After we were done we took the kids home and to bed and Scott had a band performance at the Jazzy Java. So my friend Candiss and I dressed up like sort of drag queens and stuff and same with Scott and went there. We had fun getting all dressed up.. Not too bad as a blonde? huh? Ha Ha... My husband actually didn't look to bad with make up on either, but we won't talk about that anymore!!!

Look... his makeup matches his scarf! Doesn't he look pretty :) Ha Ha.. Only something I would see on Halloween!!!!!

Okay so the company I dance in was asked to be the dancers for the producer here for a remake of the Thriller video for the film festival here. So we went on saturday and did the video shoot out at Staheli Farm and froze our butt off! But it was fun and on the 25th we will be showing the video and performing the routine! So it was fun and here are just a few pictures of it with my sister in law Kalli... I look scary and I love how big my hair is!!!

Sorry I haven't been on here for a while.. its been a crazy last couple weeks. But we were preparing for our cruise to the Bahamas with our six best friends. We just got back Sunday and had such a blast. We left last Sunday and flew to Orlando, stayed over that night then boarded the ship on Monday. We found out because of the hurricane, we were re-routed to somewhere else for one of our stops. So instead of going to Cococay, Bahamas the first day, we went to Nassau Bahamas the first day, then Key West the second day. We still had a blast. The Bahamas was so beautiful. I had never been there and loved every minute. I can't wait to go on another one. So here are some pictures of our fun trip... Hope you like them.

Trip to Cali

So me and the kids went to California this past weekend to go to my sister's baby's blessing. So my parents rented this big van and we all drove up together. It was me, my kids, my parents, my aunt and uncle, my sister and her two kids. It was fun and long! It took us 8 hours to get there and back. But it was good cause we spent lots of time with the family. So we left Friday morning and got there that night and went straight to the beach to play and have a barbecue. It was so much fun and it was the first time the kids had seen the ocean. They were scared of the waves coming in but had a blast playing in the sand. Then the next day we all went to Sea World together. That was so much fun!! My kids loved it and were so excited to see all the whales, dolphins and stuff. We were there half the day, then went home for a nap. Then later on that night went back to go see the Shamu show at night and went on some rides and saw some more animals. It was good to have the whole family together and just got to spend some time with eachother. Then the next day we went to the blessing and headed home right after. We had a lot of fun. So thanks Christine to planning such fun stuff for us to do and to my family for all coming. It was sad that Scott couldn't come, cause he had to stay home for work. So we missed him, but its just another reason to go again! So here a bunch of pictures from our trip.

One week after Surgery

Well it's been one week since the surgery. I'm doing okay. Still tired, still sore, and can't excercise or do anything for a month!! That sucks. I had to stop dancing with a company I'm in and I can already feel me getting fatter!! It's gross. I hate that I can't do anything about it right now too. And I don't eat the best, but with dancing so much it kind of averaged out. So it sucks right now cause I feel myself gaining weight and I get tired quickly. I went back to work on Monday and it ain't easy. I'm on my feet non stop all day long, so yesterday was tough cause that area they went in started to hurt... Anyways thats all my complaining! Needed to get it out, now I'm done. So we took a couple pictures at the hospital but all of them were gross. I look like death in all of them. So I'm only putting one up that is somewhat decent to have on here. Its the next morning after surgery. This is the only picture you'll see from this... :)

Hospital Adventure!

Well I had an awesome last week!! So let me break it down a little and explain. So about a month to two months ago I found out I have a hole in my heart. I have been going to a Neurologist for my migraines and had a series of tests and I found that out in one of the tests. Well I guess a lot of people are born with one, but by the time their around two it should close on its own. Well mine hadn't and had been causing some problems. So anyways I had a few tests done here and the cardiologist here thought I was fine and didn't need to do anything. But my Neurologist wanted a second opinion so had me go to this appointment on Monday last week in SLC to see this heart specialist. Well I get there and do this test and find out that I am at the highest risk level and could have a stroke at any time!!! Yeah.. good news right? So he says why wait to have a stroke and possibly be paralyzed from it? So he said we are going to close that hole tomorrow. So yeah lots of fun, I went into surgery the next day and got the hole in my heart closed. Whats crazy is that they were able to go through a vein in my groin and do it. but yet 4 years ago they would've had to do open heart surgery to do what they did... Wow science is incredible. So that was a surprise and shock. Scott was still in St.George and caught a flight up that next morning with my Dad to be there. Which I was so glad to have him there. It was really scary and I'm still in shock with the whole thing. But I'm good to go... I stayed in the hospital overnight on Tuesday and drove back home on Wednesday. Recovered till yesterday and went back to work today... So that was my fun little adventure. Still tired, still sore, and just crazy to think that the hole is plugged up now and hopefully that will help if not take care of the migraines!!! So thanks to Scott, my parents, family, and friends that prayed, took care of me, visited me and just plain out cared! I love you all... thanks for your support. Glad I'm okay :)

Swim Fun

So we have been swimming a ton!!! All we do is swim, swim, swim lately. So we've had a few diferent parties with people and I stole these pictures off of Jena's site cause they were too dang cute. We went swimming with Rebecca, Jena & Derek one time, then Jena, Kiva and I go swimming like all the time now! It's a blast and our kids love the water... My Birthday Celebration!

So this last weekend was my Birthday and it was so much fun!! First my husband and friends spoiled me the weekend before and threw me a birthday party and took me out to dinner! I had so much fun with my friends and I loved that they were all there. Thanks to my sweet husband for spoiling me. Then on Thursday the day of my birthday we had a swim party with some of my friends and family at my parents house. That was a lot of fun too. My sister took me out to lunch and took me shopping and I loved it. So again thanks to my husband, Jocelyn, and everyone else for making my birthday this year so special! I'm happy to be 24, cause I feel a lot older. On another note, this is my last week at my job Canyon Media that I've been at for the past 4 years. I'm sad, nervous and excited to start off on my new adventure! I start working at Biolife on Monday and start school in August. I can't wait to get into the Medical field, which is something I've always wanted! It's going to be really hard, but I know it'll be worth it in the end! Changing my life...

So I'm in the process of making a huge change in my life right now.... I am going back to school.. Wow I know, right? Me, go to school? I was kind of shocked for a while when I decided to do it too, but I'm getting more excited about it everyday. I've always wanted to be a nurse, but when I first went to college after high school, I just didn't have the drive, nor did I care about going. So this time, I know its what I want to do and I'm going to do it! I am leaving my job at the Radio Station, which I have loved and am going to miss a lot and starting school and a new job. Now I won't say where yet, cause I don't have it for sure. When I do, I'll say. But I'm really excited to start something completely new and challenge myself. Anyone good at Algebra, Biology and Chemistry, I will be needing your help for sure! Anyways, also my Birthday is in one week exactly and I'm excited! You think getting older would be a bad thing, but I actually don't mind it yet. I feel a lot older than 24, so maybe thats why I don't mind it so much. I'm happy that this year instead of always celebrating my birthday two days after or before, I actually get to do it on my birthday! With the 4th of July the next day, I have never got to celebrate it the day of, because everyone is usually out of town. So this year, were doing a party with my family and friends on my birthday and I'm happy about it :) I will be posting pictures of it after next week. Thanks to my husband and my friend Jocelyn :) I will be having a couple parties to celebrate this year, so we'll have some good pictures up here! Thanks you two... I love you both!

Isaiah's Birthday Party

Oh my heck... I can't believe I have a four year old already! We had a fun swim party at Grandma Rieck's house with Corbin as a joint party and it was a blast. We invited family and friends over for a big swim party and barbecue. Thanks everyone for coming! Its so crazy how fast the time has flown by. My baby, Isaiah is 4 years old already and I already feel like I can't slow him down from growing up. I remember when I was pregnant with him and just thinking about how excited I was to see what he was going to look like and how he would sound when he talked and I can't believe how adorable he is. I love my little boy and am already proud of what a good boy he is.... Happy Birthday Isaiah... Mommy, Daddy, and Layla Love you!!

My kids have so much fun together... They are the best at entertaining themselves with one another. Most of the time its Isaiah bossing Layla around and telling her what to do, but luckily Layla doesn't seem to mind too much. Their constantly climbing all over eachother and wrestling. Both of their hair is getting so long. Were trying to grow Isaiah's out a little bit to be a little longer and stuff and Layla's is getting to that fun stage where I can almost pull into a pony tail. But we were just hanging out and I just took a couple pictures of them today cause they looked so dang cute playing together. We just had Scott's mom Sandy come and stay with us for a few days and we loved having her here. The kids are just all over here and following her every move.

Layla & I were bored, so we started taking some pictures of the two of us... I have to say she is such a blast. I love having one of each in my family. It creates quite the balance with the two of them. And I love being able to see how much of a Daddy's Girl she is and how Isaiah reacts to her. Sometimes he can be so dang protective over her and also be a big bully... its funny! But I love having them in my life. Layla just has so much personality and attitude already. Dance Recital- A Great Success!!

Well the annual spring dance recital is over, and I think it went very well.. My husband did an incredible job with all the kids and handling things. All the dancers did a great job and looked like they were having a blast. I was just excited to get through that routine without throwing up :) Its very long and high energy, so happy to have that one done! But thanks to all our family that came to watch, we appreciate the support! We are looking forward to another year to make things even bigger and better!!

Okay, so I haven't gotten back on here since I first just put up my page. Thanks to Jena, I sort of know how to do it now, so I can update it regularly!!! So thanks girl! Anyways not much is going on with the Watts Family. We have Scott's Recital this Saturday and we have his parents coming down to see it. So if anyone wants to come, its this Saturday @ 7pm at Desert Hills Intermediate School. I just learned the routine in time so I could do it with them. I'm really excited cause its a really fun routine! I also have my other recital for the other studio that I take from on May 31st. They have a company class that I am in and get to do Jazz, Modern, Hip Hop, and Lyrical and its a fun way to do what I love! Well not much else to tell. I'll take some more recent pictures and update stuff a little!

Well just thought I'd start my blog off right... Isaiah is 3 right now and is so smart. This kid talks all the time and hardly ever stops. He is so questionable with everything. He's always asking what it is and claiming its his. He's a little posessive with his stuff which were working on right now. Especially with Layla. Wow, is he protective over his toys and stuff with her. He won't let her play with anything sometimes and its a little bit of a struggle, but sometimes he surprises me. He is however really good with Layla. Very protective of her and always looking out for what she's doing and what she is getting into. She is all over the place. She's crawling and standing up on stuff now.. Very soon will she be walking. She's getting very close, and that excites me and freaks me out at the same time. Then she'll be very mobile!! ahhh... yeah but it's a lot of fun with the two of them. She has so much personality and is very curious about everything. I love my kids.. Their the best!

Well I guess it's time I start blogging... my friends and family are starting to use it so much that I guess I should give it a shot. Well I'll start somewhat from the beginning.. Scott and I've been married since October 2005 and have two kids. Isaiah is 3 years old and is getting so big, it freaks me out. Then Layla we had this year in February and she is almost 10 months old and is a blast. She has so much personality and watching the two of them play together is so much fun. That's us and I'll start posting more pictures and telling you more about our everyday life!
