Surgery Next Week
Wow... so I swear I have way too many medical crap in my life already, if you haven't noticed... But this surgery is a good thing. So I found out a few weeks ago that I have a deviated septum and I will be fixing it next Thursday! I'm excited... I usually sleep with my mouth open and snore and slobber because of it and can't wait to get it fixed. I'm trying to see if they can shave some on the outside or fix it at all while their there.. I'm trying to convince my doctor to accidentally drop the knife on the outside, cause I wouldn't mind!! Anyways I'll be out of work for a week, so if any of you are around come visit:) But we have our dance recital for the studio this saturday also. It will be at Tuacahn, so anyone interested in coming, let me know. It's going to be a good show. I will put some pictures of it on here for sure. We are also having a garage sale on Friday and Saturday, so if anyone has anything they want to just DI or get rid of, let me know.

Easter
This year for Easter we spent it with my family and friends :) My dad sang in church that morning, so we went with them to that, then after we went to my parents house and played all day. We had a delicious dinner and then had a little Easter Egg Hunt for the kids. We all had fun and then it turned into all of us taking pictures. Pictures with the families, couples, kids, everything... it was fun. So here are a few pictures from the day!

My body's shutting down at 24! What's going on!
What is going on with my body? Seriously. I can't believe all the crap that has happened within my 24 years of life already... Well your probably thinking, seriously Cindy your over reacting.... and maybe I am a little, and there are worse things out there, but everyone is allowed to overreact once in awhile and today is my day to do it! So I was at work on Thursday and I started getting pain in my heart, like someone was standing on my chest. Now, with having surgery on it last year I was alittle worried about and this type of pain tends to freak me out! So I all of a sudden start to feel light headed and dizzy like I'm going to pass out and then go down to the floor and I guess I end up passing out. Then the nurses at work take me to the ER to get me checked out. Well while waiting for the doctors, they take X-Rays, blood work and an EKG and everything looks fine. So during this I can't seem to get my breath no matter how much I breathe and I'm scared, so I start breathing so hard I start passing out again. So I did that a couple times and then the doctors say there's nothing wrong and call it an Anxiety attack and send me home on some STRONG muscle relaxers or something. So anyways... yeah my life is a little stressful at times, but not that stressful... and it just lately dawned on me how much surgeries, hospital visits and things I have gone through that are kind of a big deal, or at least I think so. I won't break down into every procedure and surgery I've had, but I am grateful that it isn't worse than it is, yet.... ha ha knock on wood. But really I know people have so much more serious things in life that they have to go through, and maybe this is just a little piece of mine. But I just needed to vent a little and how going through this kind of stuff makes me feel so much older than I am. I already don't like getting old and am dreading the 25th birthday this year. Thank goodness I have been blessed to have two beautiful children already that are perfectly healthy and I'm so lucky. I'm done venting now.... thanks for listening if you read this whole thing:)

Salt Lake Trip
Okay. So I know I haven't been on here for awhile.. I've been slacking. Work keeps me so busy and then I get home and then the kids keep me busy. But I am going to try to do it more often. So this last weekend was one of our really good friends wedding in Salt Lake. So we went up and got to see some of Scott's family and then hung with our friends. We had a lot of fun and the wedding turned out very nice. So we did take a few pictures, so here are some for you to enjoy!

My Dad is the Best! Happy Birthday Dad!!
Along with Layla's birthday last week, it was my Dad's Birthday. Now I won't disclose his age just for him, but I just wanted to say that I am so blessed to have such a wonderful father.... He has given me everything I needed and more... all my siblings will say a lot more, but I think just enough:) But Dad, I love you so much and appreciate all you do for me and my family. Your the most caring, thoughtful, funny, and all around nicest guy I know. Thanks for being my dad... Love you and Happy Birthday!!







Layla's 2nd Birthday!
So my little girl just turned 2 years old last week... wow its crazy how time flies. We celebrated it on Thursday at my parents house with our friends and family. We kept it simple to cake and ice cream and opening presents. But it was a lot of fun and it was cute to see how excited Layla got with each present. So thanks to everyone that came! Here are some pictures of her growing up and some of the party too.. We love you Layla. We're so happy to have you apart of our family! You make things so much fun. Happy Birthday Baby girl.

Happy New Year Everyone
Hope everyone had a Happy New Year!! We had fun. We invited a few friends over to our house, which turned out to be like twenty but it was still a lot of fun. But I have decided this year that I really desperately want to get into shape and lose some weight... like most people do for their new years resolutions. But this time, I'm going to do it!! I've written it down here as a witness so anyone can give me crap if I don't stick with it.. So here are a few things I am going to do differently...
1. Stop drinking caffeine... that means no more Dr.Pepper.. thats the hardest one!
2. No eating after 8pm
3. Start eating breakfast... something small at least
4. Start working out at the gym at least 3 times a week if not more
5. Eat more meals a day, but less each meal. Snack lightly on healthy things.
6. I have a personal trainer, my friend that will kick my butt into gear at the gym, so I shouldn't have anything else I will need to do.
So anyone seeing me not do these things, get after me!! I want this very bad and I am going to do it. My goal is to lose about 10-15 pounds. My target weight is 120-125 at the most... Wish me good luck!
